Is Little Birds a working farm?

Yes! Although tenants are not required to “farm” the land at Little Birds, agricultural crops including fruit trees and bushes are part of our farming plan. Tenants have the opportunity to plant their own gardens on the grounds as well.

What types of RVs are allowed to park?

We recognize that “Homes on Wheels” come in a variety of shapes and sizes. Little Birds offers parking specifically for unique and luxury type RVs. This includes Class A, B, C, and travel trailer RVs including tiny house style RVs, skoolies, and other unique models. Park Model RV’s and THOW’s that do not meet RVIA and/or DOT guidelines are not permitted at this time.

What is the monthly rate for parking?

The ground lease rate at Little Birds is currently $600 per month with a one year lease agreement. Month-to-month leases are available for $700 per month. First and last months rents are due as deposit prior to parking.

What is included in the monthly rate?

All sites include water, 50 amp power, septic, trash, and box recycling services.

Can I use my RV site for business at Little Birds?

We understand that many tenants will be working from their RVs at Little Birds. (What a great place to work!) However, we do not allow any type business activities that include clientele or customer visits or outdoor manufacturing of any kind.

Are pets and animals allowed?

Indoor pets are permitted. Dogs must be leashed and picked up after at all times outside. Chickens and other small farm animals may be possible with management approval.
