Parking Rules & Requirements

  • Tenants must complete an application for parking consideration.

  • Once approved, a complete lease agreement and first and lasts months rents are due as deposit prior to arrival.

  • Tenants must provide and maintain an active mailing address off site. (Tenants are not permitted to use Little Birds Lane for residential purposes.)

  • Tenants must maintain active registration and active owners insurance while parked on site.

  • Tenants must maintain their space in a “farm like” manner at all times. Exterior lighting must be hardwired and downward facing, Tires must remain on the ground at all times. (Temporary) decking plans must be approved by LBTF prior to construction. In-ground gardening plans must be approved by LBTF in advance of planting.

  • The use of non-organic and non-biodegradable pesticides, plant foods, etc are not permitted on the grounds.

  • Indoor pets are permitted. Dogs must be leashed and picked up after at all times outside. Visiting pets and pets not owned by tenants are not permitted.

  • Tenants may have no more than 2 additional vehicles on site in addition to their RV at any times. (This includes guest vehicles. Non-tagged vehicles are not permitted.)

  • Subletting, short term rental (Airbnb etc.) and other business activities are not permitted.

  • Fires are permitted in pit vessels only.

  • Quiet hours are observed from 10p-7a daily.
